A busy May and June has seen the Cairn team on the road. Both across the UK and internationally, we’ve had the pleasure of getting our steps in whilst exploring new locations and meeting many new faces.
A particular highlight was the grand opening of the EGGER London showroom in Clerkenwell — a collaborative space in partnership with our client Blum and Italian surface solution brand, CLEAF.
The new showroom has been designed to provide architects, designers and project specifiers with an open space to bring their ideas together and plan projects. For Blum, establishing a physical presence in the heart of this community is a significant part of the brand’s long-term strategy to unlock this audience sector.
The showroom launch saw leaders from all three brands attend – including Blum and Egger family members – alongside suppliers, partners, architects and designers, to enjoy drinks, canapés and explore the new venture in more detail.
Indeed, we’re seeing more brands wanting to enter the architecture and design industry in recent times, and have worked with clients such as Blum for a number of years on marketing programmes to tap into this traditionally hard to reach community.
From activity such as a RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architecture) walking tour, which invited 20+ architects into the space during Clerkenwell Design Week in May, to online webinars and roundtable events, we’ve worked with the team to communicate Blum’s proposition to the industry through clever content and strategic partnerships.
The launch of the new showroom at 1 Dallington Street was the culmination of many different teams combining to celebrate taking the next step together. It’s a compelling time for the Blum brand as it looks to influence the built environment projects of the future and we’re excited to share more conversations with professionals at their beautiful new location.
