The role in a nutshell
Working in the client services team and with the digital team, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of digital marketing services that our clients put their trust in us to deliver. You’ll get loads of support from your line manager and the rest of the agency team but be a self-starter and able to work autonomously.
Alongside paid search, social, SEO, content specialists, you’ll be the go-to person for clients and colleagues. You’ll manage the scoping, budgeting, briefing, delivery and reporting for digital projects large and small – while maintaining tip-top client service standards. Commercially minded, you’ll also help sniff out client growth opportunities.
Oh, and you’ll also chip in on new business when the moment strikes.
