Commissioned by Onward Living to launch a new residential brand in a region awash with big-name housebuilders was no small task.

Based on stakeholder research, we created a name (inspired by Crewe’s rail heritage), a dynamic brand identity and positioning – ‘Live the difference’ – that promised new home buyers a genuine alternative to the cookie-cutter house design from the volume players nearby.

In line with the scheme’s phased build, we then rolled out a multi-channel launch campaign including paid digital lead-generation, local PR and outdoor media, and supported the sales team with a suite of collateral and a smartly designed sales show home.
